La Rocina Visitor Center
La Rocina represents the main contribution of water that reaches to the marshes. It consists of a mosaic of diverse landscapes from pine trees, ferns, heathlands, underbrush and reeds to the vegetation typical of the Monte Blanco, composed mainly of Halimium and aromatic scrub such as lavender, rosemary or thyme. In addition to explain these plant formations, the visitors center also displays the fauna present in them, where there is an abundance of migratory birds and waterfowl such as the voluminous graylag goose, the striking purple gallinules or threatened squacco heron.
